Alison graduated from Dundee University in 1997 and worked in a city centre practice for 3 years before returning to Northern Ireland to work in general practice for 2 years.
Alison then moved to the Shires Dental Practice in Kettering before setting up Mawsley Dental Clinic in April 2005. She has built the practice from a single handed practice to a five surgery purpose built practice with 5 dentists, 2 hygienists and a visiting oral surgeon and implantologist.
She enjoys all aspects of dentistry and has developed a special interest in cosmetic dentistry and facial asthetics to include whitening, ceramic crowns, veneers, implants, facial peels, derme rollers, anti wrinkle injections and fillers. She prides herself in increasing patients' confidence and self esteem through their new smiles.
In her spare time she enjoys running, cooking and socialising with her family and friends. Alison has a young daughter called Georgia who keeps her very busy and entertained.
Mr. Abraham Varghese

Abraham has always been a strong believer in postgraduate education and training. Therefore after qualifying from Manipal University in India in 2001, he did a 3 year training course in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and completed his Fellowship from the Royal College of Surgeon of England in 2004.
Abraham joined Mawsley Dental Clinic in 2007 and has been enjoying working with latest state-of-the-art equipment alongside with a great team here.
Apart from oral surgery, he has also developed a special interest in cosmetic dentistry, facial aesthetics and sedation. He completed his 1year certificate in implantology and is now offering this service to his patients.
Outside dentistry, he enjoys traveling, sports, experiencing new cuisines and spending time with his wife, Sumi and his young son, Joseph, who is keeping both of them very busy.
Mr. Richard Brookshaw
B.D.S., M.Med.Sci (Oral Surgery)
Richard Brookshaw qualified as a dentist in 1996 from the University of Dundee. In 1999 he gained his MMedSci in Oral Surgery from the University of Sheffield, and further extended his clinical qualification in 2001 by completing an 18 month Implant Training Programme, also at the University of Sheffield, where he was actively involved in the joint development program that is run between UK and Chieti in Italy.
Richard was based initially in Leicester for his VDP year, and worked there as a Clinical Assistant in Oral Surgery at Leicester Royal Infirmary. From 1997 to 1999 Richard worked as a Senior House Officer in the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at Sheffield University, Royal Hallamshire Hospital, Northern General Hospital and Sheffield Children’s Hospital, as well as treating referral oral surgery patients in part-time practice in Doncaster. In 2000 Richard extended his clinical practice, accepting further referrals for oral surgery and dental implants.
Richard is both nationally and internationally respected as a lecturer and mentor in Implant Dentistry and Nobelguide CT scan guided surgery. He also lectures for Nobel Biocare on a range of advanced implant techniques. He is a regular lecturer and contributor to their World Tour. Richard is also an honorary teaching fellow for the Manchester University MSc in dental implantology.
Richard exclusively practices all aspects of implant dentistry, including hard and soft tissue augmentation, sinus grafting and teeth-in-an hour.
Richard has lectured at St Ann’s Dental Clinic since 2003 on the surgical and restorative aspects of implant dentistry, where he offers more formal training on his year long implant program through the center for advanced dental education (CADE). He was the keynote speaker at the Clinical Innovations Conference held in London in May 2008 and has undertaken further training in Holland, Germany, USA, France, Spain, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Italy, Croatia and Belgium.
He loves to travel, enjoying the opportunity to network and socialise with a wide group of dentists from many different countries. In his spare time, Richard enjoys most forms of sports, particularly golf, football, cricket and cycling.
Mr. Karol Najs

A well experienced clinician, Karol graduated from the University of Medical Sciencies in Proznan in 1994. Karol has developed his skills in all areas of dentistry, but has a wide understanding in prosthodontics. (Dentures) from inlays, crowns and bridges to full dentures,

Karol spends his leisure time cycling, skiing and travelling, Karol also practices Japanese martial art, Aikido.
Mr. Mustafa Zahran

Mustafa graduated from the University of Jordon in 2000, he has worked in general practice for 2 years. Mustafa developed an interest in Oral Surgery and moved to England to further his training in Maxillo Facial Surgery for 5 years, in Hull-Derby-Northampton and now working as a specialist dentist in Oral and Maxillo Facial Surgery at Northampton General Hospital.
Mustafa enjoys all aspects of Dentistry and is hoping to further his career in Dental Implantolgy.

Mr. Hamza Sheikh

Hamza qualified in 2008 from King’s College London and underwent training in general practice, followed by training in Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Northampton and Kettering General Hospitals. During this period he also gained his fellowship at the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh.
Having developed his general dental and surgical skills, he is able to deliver all forms of treatments and care to his patients at Mawsley.
Hamza is currently studying for his Masters in Dental Implantology at the University of Manchester, and also offers dental implants to his patients should they wish to replace their missing teeth to meet any functional or aesthetic demands.
