NHS Dental Charges
| - If you are exempt from NHS dental charges, you will still receive free treatment and care |
- If you normally pay for NHS dental treatment, there will be three standard charges (see below table) |
| - If you need to visit more than once to complete a course of treatment one charge only will be payable |
| - The amount payable will depend on the treatment required to keep teeth and gums healthy |

An examination, diagnosis and preventative care |

If required this will include: X-rays, scale and polish, and planning for further treatment |

This charge includes: |
All necessary treatment covered by the above fee PLUS any additional treatment such as fillings, root canal treatment or extractions |
OR |
|
| £189.00 | |
| This charge includes: | All necessary treatment covered by the above two charges PLUS more complex procedures such as crowns, dentures and bridges |
